I feel like crap and can't tell if it's *that*, or just that the last week at work was hell and I'm exhausted. Because unfortunately I react to the latter pretty much exactly the same way.
@LionsPhil If it were "that" you'd:
• start with a dry cough, but otherwise feel fine
• escalate to low-grade fever
• have a sudden extreme fever spike (please go to the ER immediately if this happens)
• be effectively unable to draw breath (and probably suffocate if not on oxygen) soon after
If you have a dry cough and shortness of breath, please get yourself checked out. If you add a fever to this, get help immediately.
